Victoria Hampson has over 25 years of expertise gained from delivering transformational growth and enabling talent within large organisations across multiple business sectors, where she occupied senior sales leadership and enablement roles within global organisations such as GSK, Nike and Pearson, latterly, spending time in the fast-paced EdTech sector.
With extensive experience in building and leading consistently high-performing sales teams across B2B, B2C and hybrid business models, Victoria has deep insights gained from being actively involved in effective business and functional Transformation.
Also having a background in Learning & Development, Victoria has created and delivered a number of impactful enablement programs, which have built organisational capability, individual competencies and ultimately changed ways of working and behaviour to deliver sustainable sales growth, customer success, team engagement and resilience.
Victoria has extensive market knowledge and sector insights across EMEA, UK/I, key International growth regions and North America. She holds a Social Science Bachelors, along with leadership, management and coaching certifications. She lives in Amstelveen, The Netherlands with her family.
