This is a 12-hour package. For clients who have not completed Package 1 it will begin with “Discovery”.

Generally, 1 x 90-minute session plus 10 ½ hours as 90- or 60-minute sessions.

It is most suitable for:

• We are facing long term strategic challenges in an uncertain future.  I need a coach with broad business experience who will support and challenge me as I create and deliver on a plan to face the issues.
• My coach will make sure that I am continually reviewing options as the market changes and that I remain focused on the future profitable survival of our business.
