With a history of proven senior leadership and a strong coaching and mentoring capability, she has worked with diverse Global teams and cultures to identify and overcome complex challenges, lead teams to accomplish goals and deliver commercial results and impact consistently in businesses and institutions of all sizes and maturity, ranging across Global enterprise organisations, Start Up and Scale Up companies and Public institutions.

With a background also in Talent Development, Vicky can also create, deliver and embed dynamic enablement strategies and programs to build organisational and individual capabilities. With these complementary skills, she brings a highly valuable combination of strategic and execution competencies.
