Joey Lye
When I was 8 years old my teacher had us write letters to ourselves that she mailed to us later in life - my third-grade self wanted to be a professional athlete. I recently found an autobiography that I'd written for a high school assignment titled "Future Olympian". I entered high school at 4'11 and 99 pounds, played four different sports, and heard from countless people that I would never achieve my dreams. I went on to be a two-sport collegiate athlete, have a 12 year career with Softball Canada, am now an Olympic medalist coaching Team Canada and running a ten-week mastermind for c-suite executives. Dreams do come true.
Josh Asokan
Josh is an orchestral conductor, concert pianist, public speaker, and refugee law practitioner. He is the Director of Odyssey Ensemble - the UK's first professional musical collective dedicated to sharing refugee stories through music. Having performed internationally across 4 continents and around the UK, Josh has won several awards and he was endorsed by Arts Council England in 2023 under the Global Talent scheme as an emerging leader in the UK music industry.
Josh is passionate about justice for the vulnerable and spent three years as a refugee lawyer at a specialist law firm in Oxfordshire. Accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales, Josh represented over 70 unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in their claims and Tribunal proceedings. He is regularly invited to speak on refugee law and policy in a number of different contexts, ranging from radio interviews and podcasts to UN panel discussions.
Josh read music at St Anne's College, Oxford and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Odyssey Ensemble is a musical outfit which collaborates with a range of creative artists to effectively communicate real-life stories of asylum seekers and refugees in the UK, advocating for their dignity to be upheld.
We believe that every human being is endowed with inherent worth and dignity - that dignity is not to be stripped away, especially when people flee persecution. Refugee migration is a polarising and divisive issue in the UK and we believe music can aid in building bridges of understanding and diffusing tension.
With a musical ensemble at the core, our performances are often interdisciplinary, featuring refugee poets, dancers, filmmakers and other artists. While most of our musicians are British nationals, we strive to feature refugees and asylum-seekers as soloists and in other capacities front and centre in our performances. With regular performances in Oxford and London, our concert season will also see us tour in areas with high orchestral attendance and where concern about inward refugee migration may be widespread. We hope to invest in these communities by providing training to young musicians and giving them access to world-class artists while encouraging them to engage constructively and critically with refugee issues. In addition to members of the general public, we aim to perform for key policymakers and stakeholders to build connections and influence UK public policy on forced migration.
Odyssey Ensemble is a Registered Charity, no: 1208621

Wendy-Lynn McClean
Wendy-Lynn started intrico.io because she wanted to make private coaching more accessible. She has learned a lot over her 20 years in product and wants to share those lessons with product leaders to help them navigate their careers. She is known for being a force multiplier for teams and brings that same skill to product coaching. In addition to her on-the-job management experience, Wendy-Lynn has also taught entrepreneurship at the University of Cape Town and run several successful internship programs.
She describes her style as direct while remaining empathetic. She believes the interview frameworks are just like Lego blocks and each person must learn to use them in their way.Â
Her path to product was unique because she started her career as a photojournalist, but she doesn’t think any two product managers have taken the same path. She works with entrepreneurs (Bottlerocket, UrbanSwim Sycamore Farms) and large tech companies (Amazon, Google & Yelp) and brings the lessons from both to her coaching.Â

Jenna Stoliker
Working in Corporate America for years, I struggled to fit into a mold that wasn’t shaped for me. I’m introspective and am that person who waits to hear everyone else’s thoughts before sharing my perspective. Being the "quiet one" in organizational cultures that reward fast talkers and boldness felt awkward and made me question where I belonged.
But I realized that true leadership isn’t about conforming – it’s about embracing your distinct strengths and leading from a place of authenticity – becoming a Conscious Leader.
For me, conscious leadership means having a deep connection with your spiritual, emotional, and cognitive wisdom so as to see what’s really going on within and outside yourself. This manifests as a high level of acceptance and openness—with yourself and others. As you become more accepting and open to different ways of being and doing, you pause more often to listen deeply, reflect on your own mindset, and choose curiosity over judgment.
When I figured out how to harness my innate abilities and express my values, I discovered that I, too, can create meaningful change. If I can do it, so can you – and I want to help you navigate your leadership path from the strength of who you are so you can adapt to change gracefully, build a team that is as passionate about the work as you are, and foster a culture of belonging and inclusion.
My journey to understanding myself and others encompasses behavioral psychology, indigenous wisdom, and energy healing. These have shaped me into the conscious leader I am today.

Ben Brown
I got into sales coaching when I worked with BNI (Business Network International). I realized that many small businesses don’t use a sales process. In fact many business don’t think sales training is important until it starts to affect their revenue. I began sharing all my sales experience with business owners. As a result, I built the Rapid Success Sales Process. By implementing a proper sales process an individual or business owner can increase revenue and become more successful.

Robert Brill
I've worked in advertising since 2003, and I've seen the shifts in how companies use digital channels to grow. The mission of Brill Media is to make those capabilities accessible to businesses. There are over 10MM companies advertising on Meta, and 62% of them fail because they don't know how to advertise effectively. They don't have product/market fit. They don't know how to use Meta effectively. They don't know how to use data from advertising to make better business decisions. So, I want to help businesses grow with tactics that are sustainable in the long term.

Over the past 15 years I've specialized in reducing the cost of untrained and disengaged employees...and it starts at the top level of leadership. Having worked in industries from aerospace & automated manufacturing, to fitness and construction, I can say I've seen a lot and it all boils down to the same principles. My goal in life is to enlighten, empower and equip leaders and their teams to be make better use of their time, energy and money and do so in an authentic and driven way.
While troubleshooting is in my DNA, it's the building up and training of people that helps me get to the root of process improvements and sustainability. We focus on three key elements of service for our clients. First, we identify their areas to improve attracting, screening and onboarding higher quality employees. Secondly, we address their training systems and standard operating procedures or build them if they are nonexistent. Thirdly, we tend to developing their employees through leadership & personal development programs our clients can give to their employees for free.
All this to say, I like to always seek ways to better myself and those around me, why not profit from it for both parties? Our training and tools are assets that you build in your company and your hiring and training process that ROI's for years to come.

Russel Lolacher
After more than a decade in the customer service thought leadership space, I was speaking at a conference in San Francisco when I decided to ask various attendees and speakers about employees. The glazed eyes I encountered was heart breaking. This was 2018 and it felt like no one really had considered employees, only that customer = $$$. So why should they really focus on employees. I pivoted immediately. Realizing that leadership was extremely lacking in this area (not that it was generally the leader's fault as they were given no support or training), I focused my efforts on highlighting those experts who can help leaders shift their mindsets while also sharing my own decades of leadership and communication experience and observations to move the needle on fostering healthier cultures. Relationships at Work was born.

Global Chief Executive Officer - World Commerce & Contracting
Executive, board director, mother and entrepreneur. I believe in the power of authenticity and that in life, you simply have to love what you do and do what you love.
A boarding school education gave me the confidence to follow an unconventional path that has led me to be CEO of one of the world’s fastest-growing non-profits. My mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting team and our global community to collectively drive positive change in the world of commerce of contracting.
Having completed my law degree in London, I was drawn to the dynamic world of start-ups. Commercial Management was a field in demand, and I found myself in a series of fast-growth telecoms firms where I learnt by doing. Travelling the world, negotiating contracts and partnerships, working directly with and for top management.
In the early 2000s children entered my world and in 2007 I struck out on my own, offering contract and commercial services to start-ups and SMEs. My company flourished, in part through the strong link I had with the Association.
In 2014, I was invited to join World Commerce & Contracting as a part-time contractor, leading its activities in Europe... a year later I found myself working full-time as COO, charged with bringing structure and discipline to the fast-growing and entrepreneurial association.
The rest, as they say, is history... and it’s probably fair to say that my golden retriever, Benjy, has a better idea of what I do than my two sons ever will!

Michaell Magrutsche
I am an Austrian-Californian creativity-awareness educator, author of 5 books, podcaster, speaker, coach, and former Newport Beach CA arts commissioner. Fluent in German and English.
Outside-the-box thinker. My ability is to resolve paradoxes like why are 95% of worldwide artists existing around the poverty level and therefore should be proud to be poor. But without creativity there are no man-made systems, there would be no world as we know it.
The solution: I discover patterns within Art that foster creative communication and identify art values outside any systems which always raise our human potential.
