HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Diagnostic completion
The leader or leadership group completes the Leadership Defined diagnostic.
Step 2 — Analysis
Results are reviewed to establish how leadership is actually operating and where the real constraints lie.
Step 3 — Executive debrief
A focused decision debrief clarifies:
- What matters most right now
- What intervention (if any) is appropriate
- Where effort should, or should not, be applied
WHAT COMES NEXT
Leadership Defined always leads to one of three outcomes:
- One-to-One Executive Coaching or Mentoring is recommended
- Leadership Academy participation is recommended
- No further intervention is required at this stage
All three outcomes are valid.
Our role is not to sell development.
It is to ensure leadership effort is worth making.
