He has a collaborative leadership approach, develops leaders, mentor’s talent, and is a qualified coach. He has lived and worked in the UK, Belgium, Germany and Denmark, and has extensive experience of working in the UAE. Familiar with global roles and works effectively across all time zones and virtually.
