Who is Fiona Dewar?

Fiona is a down-to-earth business mentor and coach. She has a wealth of experience across a range of industries. Having started her career within HR, she moved across to commercial roles and has worked in large blue-chip organisations, but found her ‘home’ within the SME and scale-up community. She understands the ‘pain of growth’, the changing dynamics of leadership as you scale businesses and the everyday pressures of operating at a senior level, while balancing your life.  She often speaks about confidence and growth, how to navigate the changing dynamics in organisations and why our behaviours, as leaders, matter. She has experience as an NXD, has scaled one of Scotland’s most successful start-ups and now consults into SME’s on business growth and people strategy.
