THE PROCESS

Step 1: Leadership Defined (required)

  • ÂŁ3,000 per executive (individual engagement)
  • This covers the diagnostic, automated reporting, and executive decision debrief.

This step determines whether 1:1 coaching is recommended.

If Leadership Defined shows that 1:1 coaching is not the right intervention, we will say so and no further work is required.

Step 2: 1:1 Executive Coaching (by recommendation only)

  • Six-month engagement
  • Monthly 1:1 sessions
  • Practical, decision-focused work grounded in your real context

Coaching is offered only where Leadership Defined indicates it will create meaningful impact.

HOW IT WORKS

We do not begin with coaching. All new 1:1 coaching engagements begin with Leadership Defined.

This is our proprietary executive diagnostic that gives a clear, data-led view of:

  • leadership strengths and risks

  • decision-making patterns under pressure

  • readiness for change, scale, or increased responsibility

Only once this is complete do we decide whether 1:1 coaching is appropriate.
