Born in Scotland and made in the Royal Navy as the PR says. Lawrence spent 20 years of his formative years before becoming involved in the public and private sector.

With a career based in Human Resources Lawrence worked for blue chip multi-nationals and held Executive positions within the National Health Service. Based in Australia Lawrence established and grew a facilities management organisation within Southeast Asia.

On return to the UK Lawrence co-founded a hospitality and facilities company focusing on the sports and leisure market.

Finally, Lawrence worked for one of the worlds foremost office interiors company establishing and Leading teams in UK and Holland while growing the organisation turnover to over £150m

Having had significant experience during his working life Lawrence has forged a career by helping owner managed organisation, SME’s and medium size organisation with their leadership, structure, strategy and exit plans.

Lawrence has a passion for helping organisation become more effective, efficient and profitable while ensuring a culture that supports and develop staff and leaders of the future.
